En Route to pitch this evening at orlandoinnovationleague
1 year ago I was a bit confused on which direction to take with ROI Finder as far as getting it to a true platform, but the right guides/mentors/encouragement have helped me tremendously and shift my thinking, and this evening is the 2nd pitch in 3 months.
Its been great and I am that kind of excited for the future, the one where you feel it in your gut!
You just need the #hearttostart

Not us at the starting line telling ourselves this will be a “fun (slow) run” since we’ve barely ran this month, then finishing 2nd place in both of our age groups with a sub-28 finish!! 🎉
So proud of us for pushing the pace and finishing strong! Congrats on your 5k PR hanna.vannewkirk !! 🙌🏻

Thank you boys for helping out this morning at the HTC-Relay #hearttostart htcrelay
Had my first race of the season. Shout out to htcrelay for putting on a quality and well organized event. Great venue site too. Thank you to all the volunteers for your unselfish and hard work. And what a great time to focus on heart awareness. We made this our family day event! My son raced the kids race. I raced the 5k and got to measure my fitness for my upcoming triathlons. Overall felt pretty good. So proud of my son and my wife as she helped guide him through out the course. All and all, mission accomplished 👊!!! #hearttostart #running #nuunlove #nuunlife #lockedin #nuun #runnerslife #saucony #garminrunning #letsgo #oregonruns #htcraceseries #5k #garmin #tifosi #tifosioptics #familytime #familyday #oregonlife #teamzensah #zensahambassador #zensah #withoutlimitz

About the Training
We’re excited to be partnering with our friends from the Providence Heart to Start program to offer you a FREE 12-week running/walking training program! Rather than focusing on pace or ability, Heart to Start encourages taking several small steps (i.e. weekly training) and working toward a remarkable finish (i.e. goal event) where we celebrate each other as a community.
Unlike our previous seven monthly challenges, this challenge starts Monday, November 15, and ends on Friday, February 5. Set a challenging 12-week mileage goal and work really hard to reach it by the end!
Goal Event!
Join us for the Providence Heart to Start Follow Your Heart Virtual 5k & 10k the weekend of February 5 – 7, 2021.
As the goal event for the Providence Heart to Start program, this event is a chance to be a part of a broader community encouraging all of us to Be Active, Have Fun and Give Back.
Participants walk, jog, or run a 5k or 10k anytime between February 5 -7, on their own. Complete it on your favorite route, or tap into our vast network of 5K courses! Complete it with your dog, pushing a child in a stroller, or even do it from 6 feet away with a few friends and encourage one another along the way.
About the Oregon Brewery Running Series
The Oregon Brewery Running Series is all about inspiring people to Be Active, Have Fun, and Give Back. We host untimed family-friendly 5K fun runs that start and end at some of Oregon and SW Washington’s favorite breweries.
Participants walk or run 3.1 miles, then drink beer! Everyone is invited to enjoy the day’s entertainment: live music, great food, giveaways, and activities with partners and sponsors. Runners and walkers receive a craft brew and a collectors pint glass or seasonal swag item (plus rotating goodies) with registration. 10% of our proceeds help support local nonprofit partners.
The Oregon Brewery Running Series is locally owned and operated by Portland and Vancouver residents – Nathan Freeburg and Drew Klinsing. They are the masterminds behind the Oregon/Washington schedule and at the helm of ensuring everyone has a great run/walk, delicious beer, and a fun experience!
2021 will be the SIXTH year Drew and Nathan have been enjoying beer run fun in Oregon and SW Washington.
Nathan started running when he was 13 years ago and 25+ years later, he’s still going. When he’s not running, he enjoys taking his four kids on adventures in the great outdoors. And when he and his wife can, they love to travel, explore new restaurants, and attend outdoor concerts. He loves hazy IPA’s, good pizza, and strong coffee.
Drew is a self-declared novice at so many things: soccer, basketball, baseball, stand up paddle boarding, camping, etc. One thing he is not a novice at is the Pacific Northwest. He and his wife Michelle, along with their two kids, love living in the Portland area and exploring all there is to offer especially the breweries that saturate this great land.
