Welcome to another installment of the Oregon Brewery Running Series Podcast; Inspiring Oregonians to Get Active, Have Fun, and Give Back. We host family-friendly, 5K fun runs that start and end at some of Oregon’s best breweries.
Today on the podcast, we’re doing something a little different. As you know, we’re about helping people get active. Of course we want you to show up and do that at our events, but we also want to encourage you to get active outside of our events.
So in the podcast today, I sat down with Matt Rasmussen, administrator at the Run Oregon Blog. He and I grabbed a beer at Lompoc Brewing, on north Williams ave, where we have a run on April 28, by the way, and chatted about a dozen or so other races you may want to look into this spring. There’s all sorts of distances, from the 5k to full marathon, and everything in between.
If you’re looking for something a bit different from our 5k fun run’s check out my interview with Matt Rasmussen from the Run Oregon Blog!
